At GRC Hub, we help registered social landlords prepare for and meet the requirements of the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs). Our approach goes beyond frameworks, we deliver outcomes that support compliance, transparency, and trust.

📄 Examine each document for accuracy, transparency, and accessibility.
🌐 Verify where and how documents are published to ensure tenant access.
✔️ Mark each item as compliant or non-compliant.
We evaluate your ability to respond to tenant information requests:
🔍 Review the types of information tenants are entitled to request.

Your Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) questions answered
GRC Hub consults with Private Registered Providers (PRPs) with STAIRs through our STAIRS Readiness Review solution. The STAIRS readiness review is a structured assessment designed to help social housing providers meet the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements. It evaluates both the publication of required documents and the organisation’s ability to respond to tenant information requests.
The review is delivered in two stages:
Documents related to governance, spending, housing stock, performance, services, and registers are reviewed for publication. Information on anti-social behaviour, complaints, health and safety, rent, repairs, and estate management is assessed for access readiness.
You’ll receive a high-level compliance report, including an overall compliance score, scores against each of the individual requirements, identification of gaps with associated risk and practical guidance to address any non-conformities.
