A customer‑focused leader with a passion for delivering measurable results, he is dedicated to ensuring service excellence and an outstanding client experience.
Rob has successfully onboarded and achieved compliance for a wide range of high‑profile clients across sectors including social housing, charities, retail, local government, and commercial enterprises.

John Lucas – CTO
John is a seasoned Digital, IT and Cyber Security leader with deep expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance. A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Data Protection Officer, he has led transformation and technology programmes across multiple sectors, including PE-backed and regulated environments. John specialises in helping SMEs strengthen resilience, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable compliance through smart, scalable technology solutions.
